The Whitsunday's Daydream Island is the ideal base to explore the Whitsunday Islands and Australia's Great Barrier Reef and try out one or all of the activities that the island has to offer. With such as expansive panorama, best take to the skies in a seaplane or helicopter to truly appreciate the Great Barrier Reef’s epic beauty. Back on the island, there’s a host of other playful activities including an Australian themed 19 hole mini golf course, live nightly entertainment, open air cinema, coconut bowling, rainforest walks, gymnasium, kids club, ‘jungle playground, beach volleyball, scavenger hunts, tennis, croquet, badminton, bocce, pool / billiards, trivia games, bingo, giant chess, water polo, pool Olympics and three meandering swimming pools and spas.

To get to Daydream Island, you can fly direct to the Hamilton Island Airport or fly into the Proserpine mainland terminal and catch a connecting coach service into Airlie Beach, and then jump onto a ferry which will take you across to the island. You also have the choice to go by car, coach or train which will take you to Airlie Beach and again you will then travel across the Coral Sea to Daydream Island for you awaiting holiday.
